Common questions
Can I add Apple CarPlay without replacing my factory screen?
Yes. On many late-model BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and similar vehicles we add wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto straight into the factory screen through a factory interface — no aftermarket radio, no cut dash. Everything still runs through your original display.
Will adding CarPlay void my factory warranty?
No. We use plug-and-play harnesses and factory connectors — no cut wires — so your car keeps its factory warranty and its resale, and could go back to stock tomorrow.
What areas do you serve?
We're in Jensen Beach, FL and install for owners across the Treasure Coast and into the Palm Beaches — Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Palm City, Fort Pierce, Hobe Sound and Vero Beach, plus Jupiter and West Palm Beach to the south. Every install is done in-house at our shop.
What vehicles do you work on?
Everything from daily drivers to the cars people are particular about — BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and other luxury makes, trucks, classics, and Class A motorhomes and RVs. Robert has 35 years on the bench, from the simplest swap to the most complex factory-integrated systems.
What brands do you carry?
We install only quality brands we carry and stand behind — including Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer, JL Audio, Focal and Kicker — the same gear we'd run in our own vehicles.
Why do modern installs take longer than they used to?
Because a modern car isn't simple 12-volt wiring anymore — it runs its electronics over a data network (CAN bus), where the computers talk to each other. Adding to that the right way, without confusing the car or risking a module, takes real knowledge and time. See what a proper install involves →
Can I bring my own head unit, amp or speakers for you to install?
We sell and install the brands we carry, and that's almost always how we work — spec'd, fitted and warrantied as one package, on gear we know inside and out. If you already own your equipment, give us a call and we'll talk through your vehicle; the gear we sell and stand behind is where we do our best work.
Is the install guaranteed?
Yes. Every professional installation is backed by our lifetime install warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, and because we're an authorized dealer for the brands we carry, the equipment keeps its manufacturer warranty too.
How much does a CarPlay or audio upgrade cost?
It depends on your vehicle and what you're after — the right unit for a factory-screen integration is different from a full custom build. The best way to get an accurate price is to call or stop by the shop for an estimate, and we'll talk through what's right for your car.
